Juicy Beef Sliders with Double the Cheese

These Beef & Cheese Sliders are packed with flavour and loaded with gooey cheese—perfect for your next party or family dinner. Made with Gourmet Dairy Co. Cheddar Cheese Sauce and American Cheese Sauce, these sliders combine juicy beef patties, soft slider buns, and a generous drizzle of creamy cheese. Whether you’re hosting friends or looking for an easy dinner idea, these sliders are sure to impress.


Ingredients:

500g beef mince (ground beef)

1 tbsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup Gourmet Dairy Co. American Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup Gourmet Dairy Co. Cheddar Cheese Sauce

12 mini slider buns

12 sliced pickles (gherkins or bread & butter style)

1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing buns)

Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced).

  2. In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 12 small patties.

  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear patties for 2–3 minutes per side until browned (they will finish cooking in the oven).

  4. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves into a baking dish.

  5. Layer cooked beef patties on buns, then top each with Cheddar Cheese Sauce, American Cheese Sauce, and a slice of pickle.

  6. Place top buns on each slider. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.

  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melty and buns are lightly golden.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
