Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna sheets, cooked

  • 500g mince 

  • 1 jar Passata

  • 1 Onion (Chopped)

  • 2 tsps garlic (more to your liking)

  • 1 tlbs Italian herbs

  • 2 cups Gourmet Dairy Co. Béchamel Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant

  3. Add mince and cook until brown.

  4. Add herbs

  5. Stir and cook on simmer for approximately 5 minutes or until all cooked through

  6. Layer lasagna sheets, tomato sauce, cooked mince, and Gourmet Dairy Co. Béchamel Sauce in a baking dish.

  7. Repeat layers, finishing with Gourmet Dairy Co. Béchamel Sauce and mozzarella on top.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
