The launch marks a new step for the Carrara-based, family-run business, taking products built for trade kitchens and putting them directly into Queensland homes.

For over 35 years, Gourmet Dairy Co. has made cheese sauces and cheese sticks from our facility in Carrara, Queensland. We've spent that time supplying foodservice, QSR, bakery, and food manufacturing customers, the kind of work that happens behind the counter, not on the shelf. Shoppers have already been able to find us at Costco nationally, but this launch into Drakes QLD is different: it's our first move into independent Queensland supermarkets, and the first time local shoppers can pick up our cheese sauce pouches in the same stores where they do their weekly shop.
