1. Promoter
The promoter is DFDU PTY LTD, trading as Gourmet Dairy Co., ABN [58 640 584 050], of [3-5 Keller Cr, Carrara] (“Promoter”).
2. Competition period
The competition opens at 5pm AEST on 18/08/2026 and closes at 2pm AEST on 31st of August (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must:

Have a public TikTok account when entering and when the winners are selected and verified.

Be able to provide an Australian residential delivery address.

No PO Box or parcel locker will be accepted. Must be a physical delivery address.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To receive one valid entry, entrants must complete all of the following during the Competition Period:

Tag one other TikTok user in the comments
The tagged account must belong to a genuine person. Entrants must not tag celebrities, businesses, spam accounts or people they do not know without permission.
Each person may submit one standard entry. Duplicate, automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Bonus entry
Entrants can receive one bonus entry by sharing an original public TikTok video or photo showing:

Gourmet Dairy Co. products spotted in an Australian store; or
-
Gourmet Dairy Co. products being used or enjoyed at home.
Entrants must tag @gourmetdairyco in their content so the bonus entry can be found and verified.
The content must remain public until the winners have been verified. A maximum of one bonus entry per person applies.
Entrants must follow any photography or recording rules applying at the store and obtain permission from identifiable people appearing in their content.
No purchase is required to enter or receive a bonus entry. If an entrant voluntarily purchases a Gourmet Dairy Co. product to create bonus-entry content, the purchase is made at the entrant’s own expense. Gourmet Dairy Co. will not reimburse or refund any product purchased for the purpose of entering the competition. Purchasing a product will not otherwise increase the entrant’s chances of winning.
6. Prizes
There are three prizes to be won.
Each winner will receive one Gourmet Dairy Co. Cheese Sauce Bundle containing:

1 × 200 g American Cheese Sauce

1 × 200 g Cheddar Cheese Sauce
-
1 × 200 g Nacho Cheese Sauce
Each bundle is valued at approximately $15.00, with a total prize pool of approximately $45.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a product becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.
7. Winner selection
Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries drawn on 1st of September.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
The winners will be announced through the official Gourmet Dairy Co. TikTok account and contacted by direct message from [@gourmetdairyco] by the week of the 1st of Septmeber.
Gourmet Dairy Co. will never request payment or banking details to claim a prize. We will ask for your details including full name, phone number, email address and delivery address to send the parcel.
8. Claiming a prize
Each provisional winner must respond within [48 HOURS] and provide:

Their full name.

Proof of Australian residency and age, if requested.

An Australian residential delivery address. No PO boxes will be accepted.

Any information reasonably required to verify their entry.
PO Boxes and parcel lockers will not be accepted.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is found to have submitted an invalid entry, the Promoter may select a replacement winner at random.
9. Delivery
The Promoter will arrange delivery to each winner’s nominated Australian residential address.
The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays, loss or damage caused by incorrect information supplied by a winner or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10. Entry verification and disqualification
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify an entrant who:

Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Unfollows Gourmet Dairy Co. or makes their account private before verification.

Uses fake, automated or fraudulent accounts.
-
Submits offensive, unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.

Attempts to interfere with the competition or gain an unfair advantage.

Provides false or incomplete information.
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility, verification and winner selection is final, subject to applicable law.
11. Entrant content
Entrants retain ownership of content submitted as a bonus entry.
By submitting content and tagging Gourmet Dairy Co., entrants give the Promoter permission to view and reshare the content through Gourmet Dairy Co.’s organic social media channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition, with credit where reasonably possible.
The Promoter will request further permission before using entrant content in paid advertising or unrelated marketing.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through this competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entrants, contact winners and deliver prizes.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY LINK]. Entrants will not be added to marketing lists unless they separately consent.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted or not visible because of technical issues, account settings, platform outages or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. TikTok and stockist disclaimer
This competition is organised solely by Gourmet Dairy Co.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok or any retailer, supermarket, distributor or stockist that sells Gourmet Dairy Co. products.
By entering, entrants release TikTok and Gourmet Dairy Co.’s stockists from responsibility or liability arising from the competition, to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants must comply with TikTok’s applicable terms, policies and community guidelines.
15. Changes or cancellation
If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.
